dually wheel simulator

If anyone has a single dually wheel simulator (cover) for a 19.5" Chevy wheel I would be interested. These are usually available in sets of 2 or all 4, and I really only need 1.

Not that I have one, but do you need a front or rear, 5 bolt or 8 bolt.
