Saw your ad and it immediatly occured to me that of photos would help. Additional info like the the awnings arm - are they included??
Photos show exactly what you have in an instant, versus have to spend the time and effort to explain what you 'see'. In the end they may 'see' it differently.
Especially if these folks and coming from a good bit away, if there is serious disappoinment and possibly hurt feelings allong with it all!
Send 'em all the photos you have around so there is clarity, and discussion around that clarity.
Heck, just post them on the Forums and people might be beating each other with sticks to get to your unique awning - it has happened!
Good luck with getting them out of your hand, and cash in your hands to replace the awning.
