Where's the best deal on a Suburban NT30?
Couldn't find an old post where the best price to buy a new furnace is but seemed like they were going for about $350. Any thoughts?

Rich,
IIRC, it was Palamino RV that had that deal. I never did see it mentioned on their website, but was told in one of the posts that they were selling by phone at $350 plus shipping, which is a pretty darn good deal.

I bought my NT34SP from Palomino RV (Forrest River) and the total cost including shipping was $345. IIRC the NT30SP was about 30 or so dollars cheaper. Let me know if you need their contact info.

Palomino RV
I found this from a earlier thread, let me know if it matches your contact:
69)432-3271, and see if you can't get to Jevin in Parts or Appliances.
Any advantage to the NT 34, is it just a bigger furnace? same ducting as the 30?

Here's the information from the furnace receipt:
Palomino RV
1047 E M 86
Colon, MI 49040
269-432-9791
My knowledge of the NT-34SP is limited. I haven't pulled the NT-22 out of my Safari and installed the NT34 yet. I plan to do that sometime in the spring when I have a little more time.
I do know the NT-34SP has more power and was told by the person at Palomino it was also more efficient. For such a small difference in price it made sense to go with the 34 over the 30. I dunno... Maybe I bought too much furnace for my Safari? Most of the camping we do is Spring, Summer and Fall.

Same here on summer/fall camping but am heading to Yellowstone this summer and won't be at electric sites. Thanks for the info.

That sounds like a great trip. We'd really like to visit Yellowstone someday.
