What size capacitor

Dear Folks

I have a 66 Sovereign , the original AC still works but is balky about starting. There is a capicitor that is about the size of a can of charcoal lighter fluid, only a little smaller. Since it so rusty I cant make out any values on it, does anyone have a schematic for the AC, or maybe you've replaced yours and can tell me the values. MFD and voltage.
I'll be sitting here in " The Alumatube" waiting for someone with some help.

Thank you...Bill

I'd take the capacitor to an air conditioner or appliance parts place and let them check it out. They can probably make out enough numbers or tell by looking at it what it is.

The AC is Mod# tac-110-1 Series A

I've found the # for the start cap is 269A14 and the run cap is 26349B5
but still I've no values (sounds like a personal problem)

I like the idea of going to an ac shop.....thanx
