Well I spent the weekend in the hot Florida sun replacing all three roof vents the AC unit and a new TV antenna. WOW was it hot, but its done before the rain starts with the wonderful hurricane seasons we have. All three vents were shot and leaked, the TV antenna was only held on by the handle so you can imagine how much water that let in, and the AC unit was rusted into a solid block.
I am beginning to understand what you all have been going through
when I read your posts about projects. Now it is on to the inside repairs and there are allot of them from floor repairs to plumbing to electrical to replacing the fridge and everything else.
