wave 6 or mr heater?

I am going to buy buy either the catalytic wave 6 or the radiant mr buddy heater. Obviously the wave 6 is 4 times the price.....All I want to know is if the wave 6 is alot safer than the mr heater. If it isn't a whole lot safer than I will go with the cheaper option. I can open a window and top vent at all times. That's no problem. Does anybody know the answer?? Thanks!

If you already has gas lines running in your trailer I would go with the Wave heater. I just intalled the 8 in the Tradewind. Tons of advantages: low cost fuel, don't have to worry about it falling over, where to store it when traveling. I think the biggest saver is not having to keep buying tanks of fuel and then trying to get rid of them. Either way you need to keep a window and a vent open.

please DO NOT use a mr' buddy htr inside your trailer...

it is dangerous on several levels and un necessary.

only consider rvia approved catalytics in the 'open flame' heater category....

yes they are more expensive but waking up and not getting fried are worth it.

There is a Mr. Heater catalytic heater DESIGNED for indoor use. It is yellow in color. I have one and use it in my home, when I don't feel like building a fire in the fireplace. Yeah, those 1 LB cylinders are getting expensive, but I have learned how to refill them myself, or look for them on sale. Propane is now $1.42 wholesale, still can't justify $4.50 for a 1 lb cylinder.
