Carrier 5 and Tradewind 72

I have the Carrier 5 in my 72 TW and water pours down the side so it's evident the drain hose wasn't connected. Living in Houston and Texas Gulf coast it's an issue.

Not a great picture, but it shows where my drain line comes out of the trailer. That is the street side forward tire in the picture.

Andy,

I've decided to first scour the trailer for a drain hose, remove the framing uptop so we can see if that end has been pushed aside or down inside the walls. And second, to check out that one hose forward of the wheels and then next drop that side of the pan and look for the hose anywhere along that side. If a hose is not found, then I will do the fish the hose down through overhead-closet and along the inside wall and out the floor, as you suggested. If it costs a little more for no water running on the sides, so be it. I'll let you know.

Thanks again for your help. I appreciate it very much. Your knowledge of Airsteams and the help and information you have offered is spread all over this forum. Your a great asset to us all.

Mike

RICHHOG,

Thanks for your comment. My Argo six meter does not have a drain tube and water runs everywhere. I don't like that, so while I'm at this point, I'm gonna go for drain tube one way or the other. Houston, I been there, it in the dictionary under HUMIDITY.

Richard.

Thanks for going to the trouble to take a picture when its 180 some degrees in Phoenix, sure glad I'm not home. Looks like the tube comes through the wrap or maybe its just my eyes?

Is it also possible that these drain tubes get clogged up with crud, like my home units do? Wonder if running a fish tape up from the bottom to the top would unclog a line? - That's assuming I have said drain pipe sticking out of the bottom of my unit.
