Carrier 5 and Tradewind 72

Is it also possible that these drain tubes get clogged up with crud, like my home units do? Wonder if running a fish tape up from the bottom to the top would unclog a line? - That's assuming I have said drain pipe sticking out of the bottom of my unit.
