Fairly easy to replace, if you can get to it, but if you are unfamiliar with LP I would reccomend having a trained tech do it for you. Also make sure that the furnace in the unit you are looking at was not involved in a recall. A replacement furnace is going to run somewhere in the $750-$1000 range installed. And I would reccomend you have an Airstream Dealer do it for you as it is not a straightforward switch out. Also with a furnace that old it wouldn't hurt to have it bench tested and given a thorough going over for safety's sake.
