We have 2006 Safari with the A/c controls mounted on unit, not thermostat controlled. Does anyone know how to slow down the "low" fan speed...it's still to fast and loud.

If it blows the breaker on low after a while, I'd bet it's developing high head pressure and the compressor is drawing too much current. Usually on these small AC units, the fan motor that blows air in the coach, also blows air across the condensor coil.
Ours cools fine right along in any fan speed...so I guess if it spun any slower it would cause the coils to overheat. Makes sense, so maybe the "low" fan speed can't be any slower. We can live with it...don't use it much any way. I guess it is really better than that constant turning on and off of the entire unit like we've had before with other campers. Thanks for input.
