Removing A/C shroud from 1975 Tradewind

I need to remove the Armstrong A/C unit (TR21-12) to repair my roof. Ref: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f427...-in-47634.html
I have read there are 4 screws holding the shroud on, where are they?
I can see 4 screws at each corner of the vent hole where the fan is and there is a strip of metal on top of shroud toward the front just before it angles down with 4 screws in it.
Is this all that's holding the shroud on?
I have taken all those screws out but the shroud will not budge, One of the PO's has caulked the shroud to the roof and I just want to make sure that's all that's holding the shroud on and not some screws I missed.

Camera is broke so I can't post a pic of it.

Your help is much appreciated

The 4 screws is all that hold yours in place, unless someone has put Vulkem at the bottom.

Andy thanks for the information. One of the PO's did caulk the shroud to the roof, took about 5 hours to peel all the caulk away but I did save the shroud, it original and in fantastic shape.
