Rear Furnace won’t Light

I have a 1986 Excella. The rear furnace Runs With a very loud clicking noise, but won’t Light. Only blowing cold air, no Heat . What could be wrong? What can I do to make it throw out Heat, the rear of trailer was Freezing this morning!
The Front Furnace works great!

my guess: Sounds like the sail switch is not functioning correctly. The only way to know is to take it apart and check.

Has the rear furnace ever worked?
Is the gas valve under the coach open?
Is the clicking sound the spark trying to ignite the gas?
Have you checked the connections on the control board?

i have a Atwood hydro flame furnace in my safari sport fan works and blows cold air..then stops,a red flashing light comes on ..in the manual it says ..3 flashes means "ignition lockout fault ..
at first,it gives out a little bit of heat, then goes cold then a click sound on and off, then stops and the 3 red flashes go on..
the manual does not give repair solutions??

One other thing that's common this time of year is that as the weather gets colder outside, that reduces the pressure inside of your propane tanks. In some cases, you may not have enough pressure to ignite your furnace, especially if you are also already running the one in the front. One way to check if this is your issue is to fill your tanks completely (which gives you the greatest pressure) and try to turn on your rear furnace.
