Question Propane to Electric Water Heater Conversion

Hi all. I'm new to the forums so please bear with me. I am wondering if there is a way to convert an older model gas water heater to an electric version. I have done this before with newer models that allow you to insert the hot rod converter with little or no trouble. However, this model has the soldered valve rather than the screw off plug style drain. Does any one know of a way to do this without simply replacing the existing water heater? Thanks in advance for the help!
