PPL RV for parts

I'm getting ready to order a new A/C unit and so far the best deal I can find is at PPL RV in Texas. Good place to deal with? I'm sure they just order it and have it drop shipped to me so it doesn't seem too complicated , but I 'd just like to know how they are to do business with and what the experience of others has been.

I have bought two refrigerators and a couple AC units from them....always a decent price. Never a problem.

I ordered a new shroud for our Duo-Therm AC on our Avion. I called them on the phone to verify that I was ordering the correct shroud. They were very friendly, and I like their prices.

Never bought anything major from them. Just a few small parts and pieces. Good CS on the phone and fast enough shipping.

I have bought several items there, including a fridge but cannot comment on shipping since I picked them up in-store. Prices are often unbeatable, even with sales tax.

I bought a water heater from them, online. Save a few $. It arrived in within the time they said. No problems.
