Are you a new owner? Have you used the heat in this trailer before? I ask because the standard setup dumps most of the heat out the vent closest to the furnace. The bedroom typically gets the least. In my 2012 25 I changed out the vents for adjustable ones so I could reduce the flow from the dinette vent.

Trace the duct tube from the heater to the bathroom. If it is a longer run there may be a coupling in the duct that has come apart. That coupling is under the cloth closet in my trailer.

There is one duct that goes into the belly pan to keep the liquid in the tanks from freezing. On my trailer 25' it is the smaller duct, a 2" diameter I think. That duct is open on the end, which can be a highway for any critter (maybe a mouse) that finds it way into the belly. I doubt there is, but there could be a nest. If you do not find a loose coupling, as suggested above, or a crimped partially closed flexible duct, you might check for a blockage.

Check the cold air return to make sure that it isn't blocked. I've never cleaned the furnace fan in an RV, but you might want to check to make sure that the fan isn't full of dust.
