Parts for Duo-Therm 900 series furnace?

I have a MH with two Duo-Therm 900 series units. It seems that Duo-Therm (i.e. Dometic) no longer makes furnaces.

1) Is there a good place to get parts for them?

2) Has anyone replaced the Duo-Therm furnaces with another unit? Was size an issue?

I believe that the electronic ignition board is going on both units. How hard is that to change out?

Fred,

If the furnace hardware is fine you can get new aftermarket controller cards

They are called Dinasouar Boards

You may want to call them as there site has some info in the duo therm 900 and the limitations of their board.

As to size and parts availability in general I will leave that to those with experience

I did call Dino Boards and they referred me to R&G Electronics (800) 390-3908. Roy was very helpful. The UIB-S boards are $90. Duo-Therm used 4 different ones so I will need to pull it out and measure it for Roy to send me the right one.

You can upgrade to a Fan-50 at $112 that shuts off the fan when the batteries start to die (the gas/flame already shut off due to low air flow). The UIB-S board will allow the fan to continue to run and completely drain the batteries.
