One AC not working

I have 2007 34 Classic w/2 AC's - DuoTherm Penguins.

The rear one works fine on 30 amps, (thank the Lord) but the compressor on the one in front (looks bigger) will not start. The fan works fine, but as soon as i ask for cooling it just groans for a second and then stays on fan. It will continue to try to start, but it doesn't. It was working a few days ago. I only run one unit on cool at a time on 30 amps. I have shut off the refrigerator electric and water heater electric and that doesn't help.

Any suggestions?

The front unit needs service. Either it needs a new start capacitor or there's something more seriously wrong.

How does the switching work between forward and rear? We all know 30 amps does not get it for dual roof air.

One not working

The AC's are on a panel that allows you to run one or both. You can have 2 AC's running. or one fan & 1 AC or 2 Fans only. I'm only trying to run one on 30 amps. It is quite possible after checking the circuit voltage that there was too much of a drop at the campground. It went down to 11o volts from 120v.

I think the front one is 15000 btu's and the rear 13,500 btu's.

When I get home I'll check it out again. I have a 120v 30 amp circuit only for the trailer.

I'll let you know what happens. Going home tomorrow I think.

Thanks for your comments.
