No ceiling fans

I have a 1986 - 31' Sovereign with two ceiling openings, but with no fans. What suggestions do you have? I have talked with newer Airstream owners who still have the interior covers on the fans - they never use them. Any Ideas? Thanks for your response.

There already is power to those openings.

You can add the factory type fans, if you wish.

You want a giggle I just found the fan in the front vent opening in the OVERLANDER . I didn't have a crank so I bought one when I picked up the axles. That thing liked to scared me to death, I thought OMG whats that then I realized it was a fan.
Are the after market fans such a Fantastic an MAXIE Fan I think DO they fit in the same opening?
Thanks

Willyd,

I am in the process of redoing my 1975. It is getting two fans. I am putting a MaxxAir MaxxFan in the rear vent by the bathroom and a Fantastic Fan in the front vent.

I don't particularly like using AC so the fans are my method of moving air around. My theory is that the rear Maxx Fan can be used in any weather to pull air into the trailer. The Fantastic fan has the thermostat and rain sensor to open and close as needed, I plan to use it as the exhaust fan at least part of the time too. Also it can be reversed and used to push air into the trailer on cooler days. I didn't bother with the remote on either one of them, I can reach the vents easily on the AS and it is one less thing to lose or have break.
