New 2016 FB heater won't work

We are new to AS but not to RVing. We picked up our new 2016 Flying Cloud 27FB last week and are still settling in. We cannot get the furnace to work, although the heat pump does work. Any ideas? The thermostat is programmable, but keeps going back to the factor default even after resetting according to the directions. The heat pump is OK, although very noisy at night, but I would much prefer to use furnace as the floor ducks are more efficient and I think it would do a much better job of heating. We are on the Oregon Coast where it is very damp and cold.

Have you turned on the propane at the tanks?
Have you lit the stove to bleed the system?
Switched your thermostat to furnace?
You then wait a couple mins for furnace to kick on.

I had problems getting my fridge to run off propane for the first time.. Until I got the stove started and propane moving through the system...

Since it's new, if you can't get it sorted out, I'd definitely call AS support. I used them once when we first got our 22FB and they were great.
