Need part number for furnace exaust

Hi I have a suburban heater and I need the part number of the furnace to order the right exaust cover , so they say. But I can not get to my trailer right now and would to order it before the trailer get back so I can use it asap.
So does anybody can tell me what aprt number for this part.

I do not know if this will help but it looks like the one off my 71 Overlander - the heater Model No. is N122A.
