need advice!!!!

Hi all,
I started gutting my '59 overlander for restoring and I just need to know if I keep the original water heater? or if I put a new one (already got it). But the shroud is one of my concerns with a new one...I want to keep the shell as original as possible.

I'm a little confused

If it is the original water heater, you should replace it.

If the shrouds ( exterior access doors ) have similar vents,( or no vents ) you can use either

If you have to use the new door, you could paint it silver.
