Hydro Flame Furnace Removal

Finely starting on my 69 Caravel restoration. It will have to be a frame off unfortunately. Lots of rust and floor rot. In removing the cabinets I have come across a problem in removing the Hydro Flame furnace, model ARC 10. I have unscrewed the flanges that hold the furnace on the cabinet frame. I have unhooked the gas lines and electric. I cannot remove the furnace. The duct from the heat exchanger seems to be spot welded. I unscrewed the plate on the outside of the trailer and that seems to be spot welded also to the duct. Any help with this would great. I tried to search the Forum and had no luck, could be my search skills though...
Thanks, Kevin

May not help but mine had 2 screws in the front where it screwed to the floor.

Also the outside intake and exhaust need to be unscrewed I do not see any way it could be welded.

Outside Exhaust Cover Removal

Garry, I took the four screws off the outside exhaust cover. I could not pull that off even though I had unscrewed it.There were also two on the cover that held the name plate on. Are there fasteners behind the inner wall skin?

Well on mine I removed the outside screws, gas line, wires and screws at the bottom and pulled it straight out . I don't remember any hidden screws but it was a long time ago since I removed it.
I did not remove the outside exhaust cover just the screws.

I guess take a good flash light and look for any hidden screws sorry I was not any more help.
