Now that I have it set in place...anyone know how to get the Carrier inside section to look clean against the curved AS roof?

Ask Andy?

I called Andy recently and got his suggestions about installing a Carrier AirV 15000, and ordered some parts. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, but some users forget that he has a business to run. They search the internet for the cheapest possible price, buy it there, then call Andy in the middle of his business and expect him to talk them thru the project. Obviously he can't do that, and understandably he doesn't appreciate it. There are even some who have completely fallen out with him when he didn't have time for this and even posted a LOT of bad things about him.

I find him opinionated and unpredictable. I find him helpful and friendly. His daughter who works there is also a wealth of information. I buy from him often when I could buy it at the local dealer just down the freeway. From him I get the right one. When I bought my AC from the local AS dealer, they ordered the wrong one TWICE!! and had no idea how to attach the drain tube.

Thanks Andy, for service above and beyond. Frankly, I don't know why you put up with the abuse.

Replace Dometic 15000 btu

I've heard the low profile models are a little louder. I'm tempted to get the old school Brisk II - any thoughts?
