How many BTU's

Will a 15,000 BTU propane radiant heat wall furnace suffice in a 26 footer with outside temps down to 35 degrees and maintain 55-60 degrees inside?

That is what's in my 24 footer and it will easily hold 70 and cycle on and off

Yes: But!

Consistant temps throughout the trailer may be a problem. Easily solved with a small fan. A fan on the floor will move air much more efficiently than one hung high on the wall.
