Question Help with Argosy

Hello everyone, We are having some problem with our furnace. What I need is someone to please check their Argosy 1975 26' if possible, the number that is on the info sheet above the frig is suburban ny 22c. This is wrong. We have had this furnace checked before and found out the number was wrong from Inland Andy and we failed to write it down. The furnace was working great and now is not . Thanks in advance. Annie

Please detail exacty what are the indications and what you have done so far so we can help you. I assume you have checked the ordinary: propane on and full, battery connected, blown fuse, thermostat functional. Is the blower motor going? Spark sound?

I believe...

your furnace is either a 22ft SP or ST.......HOWEVER, I still have my old furnace outside. After I dress and get the kids off to school today (it 740 on the west coast), I'll get you a number off my 75 26'fter Argosy.

What is the problem with your furnace? What kind of symptoms? I will tell you that I replaced mine after taking it out and finding multiple holes in the heat manifold - YIKES!

Thanks for the reply's. I think the pilot doesn't have enough flame. If I we use a lighter it will light but won't relight. Hoping a cleaning will do but if not I would like to know the model if I need parts. Thanks Annie
