Dinosaur control board. ( I'll have the origianal board as a replacement for my DSI water heater ) What a difference. It fires right up and now there is hot air coming out of the vents instead of luke warm air.
I had previously added the Hunter T'stat which is much improved over the original thermostat.

Most fixes are easy, once the problem has been diagnosed.
Suburban has a screen kit available that is installed on the outside of the trailer. That, stops the mud dobbers.
Hopefully, when the furnace was on the bench, you replaced all of it's gaskets, especially the once that goes around the heat exhaust pipe as it goes thru the walls of the trailer.
You know, that carbon monoxide stuff.
