Exclamation Furnace questions and scary sounds in turns

2 Questions:
1. I have a 2005 Intl CCD. I have looked at all the paperwork from the dealer and I can't find an instruction booklet on the operation of the furnace. I have all sorts of installation info, but I don't want to install it. I want to turn it on. Any instruction manuals out there or just quick tips? My nearest dealer is a couple of hours away.
2. Does anyone have any loud, scary, cracking/bumping noises when you turn a fairly sharp corner? It only happens once in a while, but it is loud and scary. Is this a normal occurrence? I have looked and can't find anything that is loose or broken. Is it the stabilizer bars readjusting out of the turn?

What thermostat do you have. if you have the Atwood style look at bottom and there is an on/off lever. Push to the on section and set the top lever to the temperature you want. If you have a DuoTherm you will need to turn your LCD thermostat on and hit your mode button untill you see furnace and set to the temperature.

Do you have distribution bars and sway control?

If you have a Reese WD hitch with dual cam sway control the noise is normal. What ever you do DO NOT LUBRICATE THE CAMS. ----Pieman
