Furnace have a fan ?

I've got a 65 20' G.T. Does my Duo-therm wall furnace have a fan in it ? just got the furnace to work today but did not hear/feel a fan. Is there a way of distributing the heat more efficiently? The back stays relitivly warmer than the front. Any experiences, or advice?
Best, Max7

Hello,

I don't know if your furnace has a heater fan or not... we have a 1963 and our little heater does not have a fan, but our trailer is so small we simply don't need a fan ~ it heats up the interior in a flash!

You might check Vintage Airstream... scroll down to restoration resources. Vintage Airstream Home I tried to do a quick search, but didn't have enough information about what your furnace looks like to get information. If that doesn't work and others don't respond to your post here, you might check the members list and see who also has a Airstream of your style and vintage. Send them a PM and see what they have done!

Good luck!

I am pretty sure my furnace has a fan, but I didn't get to it in my restoration project yet.
One picture is worth thousand of words?

Your wall heater, does not have a fan in it. It also is terrible in cold weather.

If you wish, it's an old "panel-ray."

If you would like current type comfort, replace it with a forced air furnace.

Your trailer has a battery and a charger, so the hookup would be very simple.
