Fan problem

Everything was fine when I put my 2016 19ft flying cloud away last year.
This year I cannot get any airflow from AC unit or the heat pump
I tried to manually change fan speed and I hear the difference but still no airflow out of the ducts.

I seem to recall some discussion about insulation becoming loose and blocking the duct run.
