Power or not, we wouldn't choose electric blanket. I married an electric blanket. The difference, for us, between overnight temperatures is whether we have a one, two, or three blanket night. Whichever, we are toasty.
Oh yeah, and those midnight walks to the w.c. We keep the camper at 45 to 50F overnight with the furnace, so we can stand the brief visits.
This morning the outside temp is 44F and we are 52 indoors. Furnace never came on last night although we had it on 50. I'm sitting warm in front of our catalytic heater with a cup of hot tea and working the ham radio on our
RV SVC NET morning talk.
