Dometic dual zone T-stat lost ability to independently control mode and temp!

We have a wonderful 2015 Landyacht trailer with dual AC / heat pump units. The thermostat previously controlled each unit independently - mode, temperature, etc. But then we took the trailer in for some service unrelated to anything HVAC. We picked it up last week and just today tried to use ONE of the AC units yesterday because we are on a 30 amp service and will be boondocking after tomorrow).

But now the thermostat will only allow me to control BOTH units with the same mode and temperature. It recognizes both zones but will not allow me to control them independently. Can anyone advise how I can fix this and restore it back to how it was working before? The place that did the work claims to have no knowledge about it, and since we are boondocking after tomorrow I’m afraid I won’t be able to reach Dometic for support.

It’s a white thermostat but that’s about all I know about it...

Thanks for any help!

Matt
