Question Do you suppose this part is still available?

Took my furnace out today...needs to be cleaned and adjusted. last time I used it, it ran fine. only problem was that it was "sooting" quite a bit on the outside. manual says to increase combustion air, but the adjustment screw is already turned all the way up.

Anyway, when I took it out, I found that the vent cap adapter is badly corroded. the screw holes sort of disintegrated as I was trying to remove the screws that attach it to the flange around the furnace's exhaust pipe. (that's got some rust on it, too, but it looks salvageable). It looks like the vent cap may be the sort of thing that hasn't changed much over the years, but I don't know for sure. anyone know if these are replaceable?

furnace is a suburban NT-22.

That "inlet-outlet" plate is still available.
