More versatile as in I can move it to my other trailer, use it in the garage, use it anywhere that it's hot and I have electricity. Notice, it's not a window unit.

To me I want my Tradewind complete, so it's worth the money to put a new one in and when I'm on the road and it is cold outside and inside, I know that heat is a thermostat away.
Rich, Where can you find one for $400? All the prices I have been finding are $700-800.

I have been using a big buddy hooked up at the point where the furnace propane came in. I really never thought about going camping in the winter. But this year we could not wait til spring so we have go a few times and we enjoy just sitting out there. It would be nice to just have the furnace hooked up.

Im not Rich, but Palomino Parts in MI is a good bet. They run about half normal price. I have purchased a refer, furnace, and water heater from them. Good folks. You can search the forums for their number.
