Cooling fins damage

On my A-C a lot of the cooling fins between the cooling coils are bend to the point a lot of them are touching one other. Air can not go between them. I when though a hail storm and I believe they were bent by hail stones hitting them. Question: How does one repair them, unbend them so air can be draw between them?

There is a tool called, IIRC, an A/C condenser comb. It is literally a comb that separates and straightens the fins.

fin combs are available at Harbor Freight, and other places. HF is cheapest.

There are a lot of sizes; you may need to get a set, but at least they aren"t too expensive.
