Cool air, weak fan?

We have an '85 Excella, 31ft. Our furnace is under the oven which is right next to the door in the "living room" area. The fan is a bit noisy, it squeals a little, but our real issue is we get only slightly warm air coming out of the vent that is only an inch or two from the furnace in the living area. The air from the vent in the rear bedroom area is only slightly warmer but not great. The outside furnace vent blows hot air.

DH suspects it might be the fan is too weak to force the air through, which would be consistent with the fan noise. He took off a "faceplate" and felt truly hot air coming out.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

If the fan is too weak, I would think the air coming out of the vent that is only an inch or two from the furnace in the living room would be very warm.

How is the relative force of the air?

You might have a burner log issue where all the gas is not being burned. Do you smell any propane at the outside furnace vent?
