Coleman Super Mach Model 6798 leaking inside

I have a Model 6798 in my 1990 29' Excella that has a leak in the pan next to the drain outlet. The drain is clear, I removed the hose and blew it out from the top and bottom. It does drain out the hose, in fact most of the condensation goes out that way.

To me, it looks like it is rusting out or just crumbling. The PO had put so sort of putty around it which looks like it worked for a long time.

I have cleaned it off and you can see it is really in bad shape.

I really do not want to replace the pan because it looks like to me it would require getting at this from the roof. The seals are really good and no leaks from the top and I do not want to start any new ones.
Does anyone have a better solution to patch this? My Georgia upbringing tells me to apply a liberal amount of duct tape and cover it up, but I would like something a little more permanent.

While I've got everything down, I also want to replace what ever is on the pan in pic 4. It is soaked and nasty and I think it will smell. Anybody know what that is?
It is great having help. I poured thru the forums looking for a similar problem. Did not find one, but did see how to get things down so I could find the problem. Thanks for the help.

Someone screwed-up the pan install; I don't believe a pan is available anymore, or the AC that used to fit it, for that matter.

Got any idea what can seal it? It is plastic on the outer part.
I would hate to have to go to the junk yard or buy a new one, but I nay have to if they don't sell the part. I'll do the duct tape before I put a new one in!

Nothing will help if you've got a cracked pan. No junk yard, no new one available. I had the same thing happen on one of mine. Go Dometic or continue to leak.

I have gotten it stopped. Air has been running 4 hours and no drips so far!
This is what I did. I took a small wire brush and cleaned all the goop from around the crack and chipped of areas. Then I took the Perma Oxy Epoxy and applied it all over the area where it had leaked and extended it out a couple of inches. This I let cure for about an hour. It said it would set in 5 mins, but I gave it a little more time. I found some old liquid nails that I had and really gooped it on heavy, probably over kill. Not very pretty but you can not see it unless you drop the inside cover. It is also a little flexible so maybe bouncing down the road will not jar it loose.
If it stays and holds, I do not have to buy a new AC.
