Coleman Mach AC not working

We have a 1985 excella and have tried turning the AC on for the first time in 8 months. The only time we have seen it working was when we bought it in November last year.

We are trying to plug into a 6250 Briggs and Stratton generator and it isn't working which is weird.

All the breakers are in the right position. Click image for larger version

I changed from 30 amp plug to an interlock 30 amp for the generator.

I have already used a multimeter and know the outlets are coming through at 120.

We changed our to a boondocker converter from the univolt two weeks ago. Since then, the AC light doesn't show on our control panel.

I don't know where the fuses are for the 120 system. The 12 volt system is in the front of the trailer.

Help?

I have answered my own question.

I had a switch under my overhead storage in my galley. We couldn't figure out what it did so we took it out.

It did something. Surprisingly. It was a three way switch which controlled either the A/C or the microwave outlet.

So we can only run one or the other. Not both at the same time.
