Coleman AC fan motor replacement

Has anyone has experience replacing the fan motor in a Coleman AC? My '79 Sovereign AC has worked on a couple of occasions, but only after I manually got the fan working - and it cooled like a son-of-a-gun. But sometimes the fan is almost impossible to spin, and ten I can't get it to run. Besides, I'm tired of sticking my hand into the inner sanctum of the unit, and it would be nice to put the ceiling cover back in place.

How difficult is this part to replace?
Where would you recommend looking for parts?

Thanks,
Patrick

Take the specs off the motor and try Grainger. Try grainger.com for a replacement motor. It shouldn't be hard to replace.
