The Coleman A/C unit on my coach would run for 20 minutes or so then trip it's 20 amp circuit breaker. The main power plug would also get quite warm. I went to my local A/S dealer and began talking to them about a new air conditioning unit. They asked me what was wrong with mine and I explained the problem. They suggested trying to replace the compressor motor run capacitor. They had one in stock, I purchased it and installed it that night. Wow! What a difference. A/C runs normal now, and the shore power plug does not heat up at all. Hard to believe that capacitor made that much difference. Maybe I can get some more time out of this unit!
