Climate Control Fuses

Hello Airstreamers!
I am having an issue with my thermostat not turning on at all, no display etc. I want to check fuses but I can't seem to locate them... Also wondering if fuses are okay if that would mean the thermostat needs to be replaced, or is there is a way to diagnose what else the problem might be?
It's a 1996 Excella.
Thanks,
Jeff
