Preface: Air Conditioner worked Friday night and Saturday day but then suddenly stopped working altogether. Fan on AC works but when I switch to Cool mode I get nothing. I also noticed when the AC was working, there WAS water on ground near AC drain tube.
I ran weedeater line up the AC drain of our 2009 International 25 FB and it went in 9 ft before it wouldn't go in any more. I also took my air compressor I also and blew air into drain tube. I then connected shop vac to drain tube to try to suck anything out.

Question #1 At the point weed eater line stopped at 9 ft, how do I know if I hit a clog or the end of the line?
Question #2 Should I assume there is no clog and it is the capacitor that went out?
