Carlson heater:

Newly purchased 1963 Globe Trotter, with a Carlson heater. I don't think it is getting any gas, I have followed the instructions but I can't get the pilot to light and I don't hear any hissing sound in any position I place the control knob in, that being on, or pilot, and I don't expect any noise in the off position.

I am wondering if there is another valve someplace that I haven't looked at ? Or does it need some kind of electrical connection that I don't see ?

Had the stove working, only got one pilot to light and the oven, but no luck with the Carlson heater.

Does anyone have any paper work on this Carlson heater ?
