can't find leak

I have a 1962 overlander that has developed a leak and I cant seem to find it. The water is dripping out from behind the road side back tire under the hot water heater, but inside is completely dry. Is there any way to find leak without pulling belly pan, or has anyone had this same problem. If it is running from front were would it be coming from? Could it be coming from the air conditioner through the walls? I'm lost. Any help would be Appreciated.

When is it leaking? When it rains? When you run the AC? If it is the fresh water system the pump would cycle on and off by itself. Does that happen?

the airconditioner drain line comes out inside the wheel well, up near the top. The water could be adhering to the wall and dripping off the back edge, right where it would look like it was "under the water heater."

If your water pump isn't cycling on and off by itself occasionally, you don't have a system leak (providing you're on the pump, not shore water!).

I have unhooked all water and turned off air and will turn each sytem on one at a time time to try and find it. I don't use pump on water from hose so i don't know if it is fresh, a/c condensation, gray( as drain from sink goes into floor right beside hot water heater), or hot water heater. my air conditioner runs water to the outside but I thought it could be leaking in at the top, it just runs doun the side of the trailer.
