Armstrong AC parts needed

Anybody know where to find a start up capacitor and relay for my 1974 Ambassdor (Armstrong AC). Also wondered if it made sense to replace motor to make it easier to match the capacitor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bring the old parts to any large commercial electrical supply house (where electrical contractors buy parts) and let them match them. I did this a few years ago with my 1963 Armstrong. I also replaced the fan motor.
