Question Armstrong A/C Woes on 71Sovereign

Original Armsrtong A/C unit was "serviced" with freon summer of 2001 and did well till fall. This year, after about 1 month, compressor would come on intermittently and then finally quit. Discovered bad start capacitor and starter relay. Replaced both. Started unit and ran fine for several minutes then compressor began cylcling on and off. I would appreciate any an all suggestions (just short of ditching old unit, unless there is no hope). MikeT

Mike T,
Andy from Inland RV posted a response to you question on another forum that it might be a fan condenser. Don't give up on the Armstrong yet. Craig
