AC wire in '64 Bambi II

I removed the roof vent from the trailer this evening so I could reseal it. It was leaking badly...and the caulk was factory original and hard as rock! I saw the wire run up to the roof for AC installation...most likely in our future...but I have read that no drain tube is there on my trailer. How do I handle this situation?

After a repaint, the roof vent will go on for the time being...with fresh caulk and seals, of course!
