AC unit will not work

The AC unit on our 2018 23' Flying Cloud won't turn on. The thermostat has a blinking number 1 by the zone with a number 4 after it. I take it that this means I have a error code 4 or is it a error code 1 ? The breaker is on and the fuse is good. We're hooked up to 30 amp shore power. I've reset the thermostat but still not working. We've not had any problems in the past. Any ideas?
