AC unit

I plugged in my shore power this weekend for the first time on trailer i bought a few months ago. It has never been restored. The previous owner claimed that most everything worked (not the case) except the AC. When I pluged it it the is a fan or something running in the AC Unit. I can not find any way to shut it off. Other than shutting off the two breakers in the closet. Sorry to be such a dummy on here but any suggestions? I know I am going to have to remove it for repair or replacement but the mst be a turn off somewhere on board. Help? Thanks.

If there are no switches on the ceiling unit, it is probably controlled by a thermostat, mounted on the wall somewhere (probably on a bulkhead).

Good luck!
