I have a 1974 with a model Armstrong TR21-12. The people we bought the trailer from said the ac wasn't blowing cold. I took top cover off over the winter and noticed a cooked relay and capacitor, so I removed them to try to have them matched up.(so far not able to find replacements) Just got back from trip down to Southport, N.C. where the temps were in the 90's with high humidity. I thought I'd turn on the ac to use the fan for some air movement when to my suprise the ac was blowing "cool" air, enough so that I shut the windows and it cooled the trailer down,(the temp. outside was 95) does this make any sense? With the parts missing, I thought the parts I took out that were "fried" were the start capacitor and relay. Any thoughts here. Thanks for any input.
