A/c Won't Shut-off

Wondering if anyone has encountered a Dometic 15k a/c-heatpump that will not shut down?? The inside temp reading is -05 degrees. Not really that cold, but with the exterior temps at 90, the inside is dropping down into the 70's, when set at 78.

I have tried the posted re-set in the CCC instructions, but to no avail.

We like cool, but this is a problem.

Yep, was the "telephone" connector. No noticeable moisture on connector, but after applying hair dryer and doing another thermostat reset, problem solved.

Sure would be nice is there was a permanent fix.

i wrapped a baggie around the connector with twist ties.
