Some power converters, like mine,[charge wizard] have fuses built in, separate from the fuse box.
You can check your charger by disconecting the battery and see if you have any lights in the trailer and/or voltage on the battery cables. Be careful not to short out the cables,if the charger is working, they will be live.

Update: Converter was shot. I did a search in the forums under Parallax and came up with a few different threads. One of which had the website bestconverter.com on it. I called Randy and shot a couple questions at him. He told me that the converter was bad and I ordered a new unit. I will update after I install the new unit. It is a Progressive 4655. Thanks for all the help and suggestions!!

Glad to hear you found issue was the converter. They can act very funny when going bad and lead you in many different directions as to what could be wrong.
let us know how the swap out goes.

Got the converter the other day. re wired everything. had to use a different punch out to re route the battery leads but everything went well. Huge ants nest back there. we had an ant problem a while ago but got rid of them. They used all kinds of metal shavings and insulation. Installation went well. Randy over at bestconverter.com is very helpful and patient. I had a few questions... Thanks for all the help guys! Now if I could do something about the filiform corrosion...
